Zoe has been a committed team member of Mixed Freight since she joined in 2010; she was first introduced to Mixed Freight at a young age when she did her school work experience with us, and then joined full-time work after completing her education. Having learned positively and worked hard, she has eventually moved up to her current managerial position.
The transportation and logistics industry demands quick, efficient turn-around that requires collective and individual efforts of everyone. As our Sales Ledger Manager, Zoe oversees our daily billings, invoices, pricing, rates and general data input as well as leading her team and department. Zoe works closely alongside our account and operation team, as well as our European business development manager, Suzie.
Her work involves maintaining lines of communication between herself, departments and the clientele. She provides rolling price updates affected by waiting times or additional services, and organises a variety of invoices, emails and information. She has come a long way from a student fresh out of school with little experience in logistics to a vital company member.
Zoe is currently working alongside other Mixed Freight team members to create and roll out a new transport management system and infrastructure, and to train the fellow team members on how to use it. This will boost the technology and operations across Mixed Freight that stands to benefit everyone. From desk-level to manager, team player and team leader, Zoe has become an invaluable member of the Mixed Freight team. She is always ready to assist you with the best services possible.
